Ben Schneeman oversees Katch’s accounting, finance, and data & analytics functions. He plays a central role in strategy development, long-term planning, contracting, reporting, and cost management. Ben previously served in senior finance and M&A roles at UnitedHealth Group, including as CFO of its Medicare Supplement business, and began his career in medical technology investment banking at Piper Jaffray. He brings a disciplined, strategic approach to driving sustainable growth.

Lindsay Raduka leads Katch’s People Team and enterprise program management office, aligning talent, culture, and execution to support growth and performance. With two decades of experience across private equity-backed and high-growth organizations, she has built people-centric, data-driven talent strategies that enable service companies to scale through periods of transformation. Lindsay is known for her collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership style, and positions human capital and culture as a strategic business lever with measurable results.

Jenny Karuna leads Katch’s product strategy, guiding the development of AI-powered solutions that maximize recoveries and unlock new growth opportunities. She brings nearly two decades of experience building SaaS and AI-first platforms across health care revenue cycle and payment integrity, with prior leadership roles at R1 RCM and Cloudmed. Known for her strategic mindset and analytical strength, Jenny excels at connecting dots, spotting patterns, and translating complex challenges into actionable, scalable solutions. She is passionate about building impactful products and fostering high-performing teams.

Connie Archer leads Katch’s recovery operations and client solutions teams, overseeing more than 300 professionals supporting 100+ payer clients nationwide. She brings more than 14 years of experience working within the organization and is an attorney licensed in Kentucky and Florida. A recognized subject matter expert in subrogation law across all 50 states and all health plan types, Connie brings deep operational expertise and a strong commitment to people leadership.

Berry Hayes brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across health care, financial services, insurance, and logistics. At Katch, he focuses on strategic transformation, operational excellence, and technology innovation. His career includes leading enterprise software initiatives, implementing market-leading investigation programs, reducing call center volume through automation, and delivering operational improvements that significantly increase financial performance and efficiency.

Naren Polakampalli leads Katch’s global technology strategy, overseeing engineering, data, and platform teams responsible for building scalable, high-performance solutions. With more than two decades of experience modernizing large-scale health care systems, he brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, system transformation, data integration, and platform stability. Prior to Katch, Naren held senior technology leadership roles at Optum, Equian, First Recovery Group, and BCBSM, where he guided major modernization initiatives and advanced data-driven analytics capabilities. He is focused on aligning technology with business strategy to support long-term innovation and growth.

Skip Lindsey brings over 20 years of experience leading client growth, retention, and transformation initiatives across health care technology and payment integrity. Previously at Optum and Lyric AI, he worked closely with health plans and payer organizations to deliver complex implementations, revive underperforming accounts, and drive significant revenue increases across the health care technology and payment integrity landscape. Skip brings a deep understanding of payer needs and a strategic perspective shaped by his experience developing and positioning solutions that deliver meaningful client outcomes.

Chad Gabert serves as corporate counsel for Katch, advising on legal, regulatory, and risk matters across the organization. Prior to Katch, he was Associate General Counsel at Optum, supporting its payment integrity businesses.
